PawLog is a web application that helps families track and coordinate their dog's daily care activities, including feeding, walks, sleep, training, health, and more. The Service allows household members to share responsibility and stay informed about their pet's routine.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
The Service allows you to create or join a household. When you share an invite code with others, they can join your household and access shared pet data. You are responsible for managing who has access to your household. Household owners and admins can manage members and their permissions.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service, including photos, notes, and activity data. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not sell or share your content with third parties for marketing purposes.

Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing details will be clearly presented before purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
The Service may provide AI-generated insights and recommendations about your pet's care patterns. This content is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional veterinary advice. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for health concerns about your pet.
We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PawLog and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the Service or email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. For users in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden, without prejudice to your right to bring proceedings in your local courts where permitted by law.
